			Growing concern was spreading throughout Osolia during the [[April 2024 Osolian general election\|April 15th election]]. Each candidate stated that bringing events to the table was a priority. For instance, despite a large turnout of 70% in that election, the server itself was growing more and more inactive, and many were expressing their concerns directly to Chief Michael Webb and those other candidates. The server had not hosted an event since January 1, 2024 when a group of Osolians met to defeat the Ender Dragon.

			In response to the growing need for more events, after winning re-election, Chief Webb created the [[Department of Events]] on April 16, 2024. Originally, Webb was going to appoint TriforceComet to the position, but Triforce did not want to take on responsibilities at that time, so Webb instead appointed Star to the position, citing her excellent building skills, as well as having the leadership skills needed for that position.
