cstro, also known by their usernames cstro216 and cstro570, is the current Director of Events of the Chiefdom of Osolia and Postmaster of the Osolian Post Office.

The bill requires that the Chief appoint a Postmaster to help operate the Osolian Post Office, and cstro showed immediate interest. cstro was one of the co-founders of Osolia, as they were one of the participants in a voice chat with Michael Webb and tz_scion about the future of its predecessor, the Republic of Melonia. They have been an impactful citizen ever since, being a voice in many major decisions from the Assembly over Osolia's existence.
