cstro, also known by their usernames cstro216 and cstro570, is the former Director of Events of the Chiefdom of Osolia and former Postmaster of the Osolian Post Office.
Tenure as Postmaster (June 28, 2024 - September 6, 2024)
Acting Speaker Michael Webb pushed for and got the Post Office Act passed into law on June 28, 2024, with the Assembly approving the bill 9-0. The bill requires that the Chief appoint a Postmaster to help operate the Osolian Post Office, and cstro showed immediate interest. Chief TriforceComet decided to appoint them as the first Postmaster on the same day as the bill's passing on June 28, 2024.
With the assistance of Michael Webb, whom cstro would later appoint as their Deputy Postmaster, Postmaster cstro immediately got to work establishing the Post Office, quickly building and setting up its first location in Sahosam on 4 Kwesh Street, establishing all of the Post Office's processes and systems for package handling and delivery, and has personally handled most deliveries for the Post Office thus far.
cstro left the Osolian server on September 6, 2024 for a currently unknown reason, leaving the Director of Events and the Postmaster positions vacant.
Impact as a regular citizen
cstro was one of the co-founders of Osolia, as they were one of the participants in a voice chat with Michael Webb and tz_scion about the future of its predecessor, the Republic of Melonia. They have been an impactful citizen ever since, being a voice in many major decisions from the Assembly over Osolia's existence.
