The Celestial Jellyfish, sometimes referred to by her nickname Star, is the former Director of Events and former First Lady of the Chiefdom of Osolia.

Tenure as First Lady (February 14, 2024 - June 16, 2024)

On February 13, 2024, Chief Michael Webb made an announcement stating his intentions to create the "Department of the First Lady". He stated that, "[t]his department, officially, will deal with the more social aspects of the Chiefdom, and will mainly perform ceremonial duties in major government events."

The position was structured as a department, as the Osolian Constitution has no provision for the Chief to create official positions outside of the Chief's Council. The position was slowly redefined overtime by Webb and other Osolians, and was later no longer considered a department, despite never being legally dissolved.

The position was mostly unheard from, with First Lady Star taking the role purely as an honorary position, attending events in her official capacity as the First Lady alongside Chief Webb. She left the position on June 16, 2024 after Chief TriforceComet defeated Webb in the June 2024 Osolian general election.

Tenure as Director of Events (April 17, 2024 - July 4, 2024)

Growing concern was spreading throughout Osolia during the April 15th election. Each candidate stated that bringing events to the table was a priority. For instance, despite a large turnout of 70% in that election, the server itself was growing more and more inactive, and many were expressing their concerns directly to Chief Michael Webb and those other candidates. The server had not hosted an event since January 1, 2024 when a group of Osolians met to defeat the Ender Dragon.

In response to the growing need for more events, after winning re-election, Chief Webb created the Department of Events on April 16, 2024. Originally, Webb was going to appoint TriforceComet to the position, but Triforce did not want to take on responsibilities at that time, so Webb instead appointed Star to the position, citing her excellent building skills, as well as having the leadership skills needed for that position. The Osolian Assembly voted unanimously to confirm her to the position, with two abstaining.

From there, several ideas were passed around during Star's term as Director, most notably Osolia Party, a Mario Party-style game that would be played within the Osolian server, with an Osolian/Minecraft twist. The first board for the game had begun construction and various gameplay elements were drafted, but nothing came to fruition during Star's term. On July 4, 2024, following a low approval rating of 20% in the Osolia July 2024 approval rating poll, the lowest amongst all officials in government, Star announced her resignation from the Department of Events, citing her inability to balance the responsibilities of the office with her personal life. Chief TriforceComet has not appointed a successor, instead taking on the Director of Events' responsibilities himself.
