The Constitution of the Chiefdom of Osolia is the supreme law of the Chiefdom of Osolia. It was established on December 21st, 2023, officially establishing the Chiefdom and replacing the Melonian Transitional State.
The Constitution's first article establishes the Chiefdom's system of governance of the Chief and its council, the Assembly and its Speaker, and the judicial system. Article 2 establishes the Chiefdom as a nation. Article 3 establishes the rights for the citizen's of the Chiefdom. Article 4 outlines the voting and electoral process. Article 5 describes the process of a constitutional amendment. Article 6 establishes the procedure for the Assembly to ratify the Constitution.
